It’s time to look back on 2015 and link up with two of my blogging besties, Traci and Hadar! You can see 2014 {here}, 2013 {here}, 2012 {here} and 2011 {here}. You know – in case you’re bored and just want to read about my life. π
{One}
Steve and I started off the year by meeting his brother and sister-in-law (who live in Tennessee) in Vegas for a long weekend. We had a great time and went on a fun Scavenger Hunt around downtown. If you’re looking for something different to do, check it out.
It’s called Alibi.
{Two}
I presented at the So Cal Kindergarten Conference again.
I felt like I was going to pass out from nerves right before it it was time to begin. Seriously – I was seeing stars and had tunnel vision and then they said it was time to start, so I did, and the next thing I knew, it was over. I am thinking that presenting is not for me.
At least presenting solo.
I had a great time with everyone and learned a lot!
{Three}
Jon Jon lost his battle with brain cancer.
It is still heartbreaking.
I pray for his family every single day.
{Four}
I went to San Diego for Hadar’s Bachelorette Party.
Super fun girls’ weekend!
We talked and talked and shopped and ate and talked.
It was PERFECT!
I’m standing on my tiptoes.
I’m trying to “fit” in.
Uh huh.
{Five}
I was actually *in* Hadar’s wedding!
I still can’t believe the friendships I’ve made
because of blogging and TpT.
It’s truly amazing!
How beautiful is Hadar?!
(And I like the way I look in this soft lighting and feel as if every photo I’m ever in should have this lighting. And that my hair and makeup should be done. I’d also like another reason to wear my bridesmaid’s dress because I love love love that dress.
IT HAS POCKETS!)
{Six}
Steve and I went to Vegas (again!).
This time it was for my brother’s 40th birthday.
And I went on the Scavenger Hunt (again!).
I like to do things twice.
π
It was also so much fun playing craps with my mom!
My family took over a table and we were so loud
that a crowd of people gathered!
This happens a lot. π
My people!! π
{Seven}
Kerry and the kids came out for a visit and we had a blast!
One of the best days was our visit to Disneyland.
I will never forget watching the new parade and fireworks show.
It was MAGICAL! SERIOUSLY – magical!!!
More of my people! π
{Eight}
I went to Vegas {again!!!} for the TpT Conference and I was a presenter on the Blogging Panel!
It was SO MUCH FUN!
Whereas I thought I might pass out from presenting solo at the So Cal Kinder Conference, it was completely different to be on the panel for TpT. I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!
I got a little carried away and thought that I should host my
own TV Talk Show for a minute there.
π
People WHO GET ME!!!! π
{Nine}
Steve and I met up with Kerry, and her hubby, Robert, in New York City for a long weekend! We packed in a ton of stuff in a short amount of time, and I went to the Emergency Room for a kidney stone. It was the perfect trip! π Ha!
More of my people!!! π
{Ten}
Steve and I had a little getaway weekend in Newport Beach with Murphie. It was a weekend filled with walks, wine, food, and relaxation. It was perfect!
{Eleven}
My grandma turned 95 years young, and my whole family drove to Arizona to visit her. It was a very fun and sweet trip.
My grandma is amazing. She lost both her legs in a horrible
accident when she was 89 and never let it stop her.
{Twelve}
Kimberly Geswein and I worked together to make my printing
into a font. AAAAHHHHHH!!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!

Love your font! How cool is that. Looks like you had a great time traveling this last year! You are just such a doll, love that you were on your tiptoes to try to fit it. I'm only 5.1" so I totally get it. Thanks for a great linky and have a wonderful New Year!
