YES!!
Reader’s Theater just for Kinder Kids!! I finished it.
I FINISHED it!
And, it’s just in time, too, because I’m introducing all of my fall plays this week in centers.
Meaning, I put my Beginning Reader plays in a center tub along with my Advanced Readers plays, too. I am hoping I won’t have to say find a play that works best for you. I am just hoping things will happen magically and the kids that need more of a challenge will go for the advanced plays, and my beginning readers will choose a beginning reader play.
I mean, that can happen, right? All by itself?
Right?
Much like when I ask the kids to get in two lines and they sort of do.
It can happen.
I also have a few friends this year that are beginning beginning readers.
As in, they need large font, big picture clues, lots of repetition, predictable sentence patterns, and a shorter version so that when they perform in front of the class, I don’t accidentally fall asleep because a play takes TWENTY-TWO MINUTES or some such time.
One can hope, anyway. We are going to work on these in our small groups and then I think my little beginning beginning readers will be ready to do these independently.
Here’s an example:

Kristin… AWESOME as usual. HUGE ((HUGS)) for this! My kids will love them. I have your other plays that I love for later in the year, but these are perfect for now. Thank you!
