Well . . . Kerry and my niece left today. I just dropped them off at the airport.
Let’s have a moment of silence while I choke back my sobs.
I usually go to Texas in the summer to visit them, but I’m holding off until the fall so that I can see my niece cheer at a football game.
I’m back home now and I’ll sleep in my own bed with my hubby and Murphie (although Murphie doesn’t sleep with us because she prefers her own space, apparently) . . . and then it’s off to Vegas.
Is it just me or is this summer flying by?
In an effort to slow it down, I’m going to announce the winners of my giveaway and then plant myself on the couch and try not to move.
Congratulations Allison, Amanda, and Cherie! You are the winners of the Just Fold! Mini Books for August pack. Everyone else, it is still on sale until the end of the day tomorrow. I think it’s about 25% off right now.
But I’m not sure because math was never my strong suit.

Have a safe fourth of July and I’ll bring you an installment of Five for Fraturday on Saturday. If that makes sense. Tomorrow I will be hanging out with our neighbors . . . we spend pretty much every major holiday (minus Thanksgiving and Christmas) at their house and this year shalt be no different!
I mean, they have a pool. And food.
Happy Independence Day!

Happy Fourth of July, Kristin-My-Friend. There's a touch of sadness in your "voice" and I am sending "a hug to the north" to let you know I'm thinking of you. If I try hard, I might be able to find you some stale Cadbury eggs on Amazon… would that help?

Kim, you're too sweet!! I'm all good — just sad that my family has left! But I am definitely enjoying my down time today.
HUGS to you!
