Happy Sunday!!!
And I do, in fact, mean Happy Sunday because, if I forgot to mention it or you forgot that I said it at one point or another, I have one more whole week off!
I KNOW!
I realize that many of you are headed back tomorrow and I feel absolutely one hundred percent sorry for you . . . and, in teacher solidarity, I promise to sleep in extra long for you, as well as enjoy a cup of coffee in as leisurely a pace as I can manage while watching a morning talk show.

So now . . . the reason for today’s post.
Did you hear that The Bachelor Season Premiere is tomorrow night featuring Farmer Chris?!
IT IS! It’s on tomorrow night!
Now, I wish I could tell you that I am not at all interested in watching, I’ve grown up, I’m much too old to care about this show, and that I think the twenty-something girls fighting over one man and making fools of themselves are ridiculous, and not at all fun to watch, but I cannot.
I just can’t say that.
Because I will be watching. I will most likely pour myself a glass of red wine, eat the last of the See’s candy (which, by the way, will be the pieces that have been passed over and actually not that good meaning I will eat only half bites and then be unsatisfied and so I will have to search for some ice cream or a brownie or both) . . . and I will watch the season premiere with glee.
Yes, glee, I said.
In response to people’s how can you watch that (said in Steve’s voice), I say:

I always say that I won't watch this season but I always do! This season, I'm not fighting it!! I too will have a glass of red wine and a treat while I watch. It's brainless, stupid, TV, but we need that from time to time.

To be honest I LOVE reading your blog but I do just scroll past the talk about it Tuesday posts! I don't watch the Bachelor, think it's sorta ridiculous, so when I see you posted something new but it's only Bachelor related it is a little bit disappointing!
I'll be there every Monday watching along as well… when I discovered your Talk about it Tuesday posts, it made me look forward to Tuesday too! I love your take on the fun, mindless TV time, but I understand if you just want to enjoy it without having to make it a "formal" post each week. I find it humorous nevertheless, and a must-read through each time you post. 🙂

Yes, most definitely, YES!! The only good thing about Mondays is the Bachelor, and a highlight to my Tuesday is your recap blog! I usually agree with most everything you say, so I feel completely validated and really smart. :0) And BTW, I appreciate your offer to sleep in and have coffee for those of us who are working tomorrow, you are one generous girl!

Please, please, please keep blogging about The Bachelor. Your blog is hysterical. I usually DVR the show and don't watch in until after I read your blog so I know what to watch for. Also, this season should be somewhat different (or so they say) since it mostly takes place in Iowa.
