For each short vowel, you will find 3 printables for each of the following activities (45 activities IN ALL):

• Paint the Words and Pictures

• Paint the Words (no pictures).

Print the activity you want your students to practice, add some watercolors and brushes, and let your students get to work. My kids LOVE this activity. You could also use fun markers or even special twistable crayons!

I use these activities in Centers, for Word Work, Early Finishers, Fun Friday, and as a whole class activity.
