There are FOUR sets of pages in this particular edition!

Set 1: There are five words on a page with a supporting picture to assist students in reading. Students must paint the word and the picture.

*3 pages each for a_e, i_e, o_e, and u_e patterns*

Set 2: Matching! The pictures are mixed up and students must paint the word, the picture, and draw a line to match the picture to the correct word. These pages are perfect to use as a quick check or an exit ticket to assess students’ knowledge of a particular skill.

Set 3: Unscramble! The words are mixed up and need to be unscrambled. Students must paint the picture and write the word correctly.

Print the page you want your students to practice, add some watercolors and brushes, and let your students get to work. My kids LOVE these activities. You could also use fun markers or even special twistable crayons!

I use these pages in Centers, but you could use them for Word Work, Early Finishers, Intervention, Phonics, Fun Friday, or a whole class activity.
