Pin It! {Alphabet Edition}

Description

Pin It! Alphabet Edition offers students the chance to practice letters and sounds, as well as much needed practice with fine motor skills.

There are two versions available in this pack. In one version, the students pin the letter and a picture that begins with that letter sound. The other version challenges the student to pin the letter, as well as distinguish between two pictures to determine which one has the matching beginning sound.

Print the page you want your students to practice, staple it to a piece of construction paper, have push-pins available, and your kids can get right to work. Students will “pin the dots” that make up each letter. When students complete the page, they can also pin the picture, the border, and their name.

Students will tear off the page and have a new page on construction paper beneath. My kids love to put the construction paper in the window to see the light shine through.

I use these lists in Centers, but you could use them for Word Work, Early Finishers, Fun Friday, or a whole class activity.

Included is a Pin It Rules page so students know and learn how to use push-pins safely and correctly.
