Write the Room is a fun and engaging activity for students! Students hunt for cards around the room and record the numbers shown on a ten-frame (or a number sentence to match the ten-frame) on corresponding recording sheets. It also serves as a quick check to assess students’ knowledge of counting and number sense.
This pack has 8 different sets of 12 ten-frame picture cards for a total of 96 cards. Corresponding recording sheets are included.
You will find:
12 cards for identifying the number shown on a ten-frame.
12 cards for identifying the number shown on a twenty-frame
12 cards for making ten (with missing counters)
12 cards for making twenty (with missing counters)
12 cards for making ten (with two-color counters)
12 cards for making twenty (with two-color counters)
12 cards for subtracting from ten (counters are crossed off)
12 cards for subtracting from twenty (counters are crossed off)
